They have always been able to find us the most reliable insurance for all our needs at the best rates available. Selena is the best. Recently we were involved in a car accident and have been working with Danielle in the claims department. She is very persistent when dealing with other people on our behalf and gets the job done, and doesn't stop until she gets the result she's looking for.

We decided to stay with Morrison insurance after they took over tri county.
As a senior I have dealt with different companies over the years and found many tend to forget you once you have signed with them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that heartland was not one of them. They would randomly reach out and touch base to see if we had any questions or concerns. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Belous. When she discovered there had been a few changes on our end, she set out to shop around and get us a better price. We were extremely pleased that she did as promised and saved us considerably on our yearly premium. She is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and was extremely prompt in making the transition into a new much more affordable policy. I would highly recommend them.

Like most offices in the modern times. Direct phone correspondence is difficult. Email and text is the answer here. Karly was very quick to respond and very helpful. She was able to find a pretty good deal with good coverage and was able to get roadside assistance as well. Very important for a motor home.

I was very pleased with the hands on communication from the office. First with Kyle calling to update our information then with receiving documents in the mail,a follow up email and all my questions expertly answered by Robyn Smith. Very pleasant and friendly . So nice to talk to staff about my policies for home and car.

Recently turned to Morrison Insurance for home and auto to find a better rate and I could not be happier!
The staff was incredible, it took about 20 min to give my info and within half an hour Katie already sent me an email with a better offer than what I currently had for insurance and saving me nearly $100/month.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for better insurance. My only regret was not doing this sooner.
