Lara was so amazing! She walked me through the whole mortgage process in small manageable steps. She checked in with me through phone or email, whichever I preferred. She answered all my questions with such patience, and got back to me so quickly. She was such a great encouragement and cheerleader!! I can't say enough. She was my ally and advocate.
