The staff here are so friendly. I was impressed by how quick the service was. Its nice to see a place where people still care about customer service.

I was at the Waterford, Ontario location in the drive thru today from 3:19-3:23pm. I asked for a cilantro lime chicken bowl. The sweet girl at the window went to pass me a wrap and I informed her it must be the wrong order because I ordered a bowl. She told a lady (I'm assuming the manager) that it was supposed to be a bowl and the attitude in her face was prominent immediately. I assured her if there was a price difference, they didn't have to refund me the few dollars and she told me the bowl was more expensive. So I told her "ohhh so I owe you guys a few more bucks? No problem!" She huffed and puffed the entire time she was doing the refund and almost forgot to recharge me for a bowl until I reminded her.. the sweet young girl at the window said something about "what do you want me to do with the wrap?" And the miserable manager said "you might as well give her that one too" with such a horrible attitude. I did not accept it because I don't eat gluten which is why I ordered a bowl... plus, I was so uncomfortable with the attitude I was receiving from the manager already. This lady should NOT be working in customer service. Her attitude is horrendous.. especially over something that was a simple mistake and SUCH a simple fix. She did not apologize for the misunderstanding, nothing. Didn't even speak to me aside from telling me the bowl is more expensive than the wrap... Thank you to the girl at the window who apologized for the mix-up and told me to have a great day... I know how it feels to work under someone with a horrible attitude and feeling like you're always walking on eggshells around them.. I feel for you, girl.
I have never left a negative review before in my life but somebody needs to know that this lady shouldnt be dealing with customers directly.

a decent tim hortons and workers are okay and nice, however it’s very often where i come through and my order is completely wrong. multiple times i’ve asked for a milk substitute , paid the extra charge and not received it. i often get extra espresso shots and dont get them, often have had missed items in food bags and some staff can seem agitated when we ask for it to be fixed.it is very frustrating when i can’t always go back to get it remade, and when i can i am treated like it’s a burden. jusy very annoyed

Needed to get a late night coffee to ensure a safe drive home. Was so happy to find that this location was open, but even happier to have my order taken and fulfilled by such an incredible individual. Harpreet, I can easily say you made my night with your energy and enthusiasm. Thank you for being who you are, providing exceptional customer service and helping people enjoy their experience at Tim Hortons, even past midnight!

Never make anything correct constantly having issues just an example ordering large soup being charged for large and receiving a small, from disgusting looking half filled ice caps to being out of hash browns by 3pm do not recommend going here inless your next tims is 1000km away
