Was needing new washer and dryer and like to shop local no big box stores if I can. Walked in knowing what I was looking for and Trevor helped me out. I ended up getting the same brand but better units, the store was well laid out and Trevor explained everything about the units. While I was there also bought a new Napoleon BBQ. I was referred by my friends and sister in law, good advice 👌

We’ve always heard such great things about Waterford Appliance, so when it came time to get a new fridge they were the first place we went to. We are very lucky to have an appliance store right here in Waterford with fast and friendly service. My husband said Trevor was great to deal with :)

Washer died on me. Did some research on where to buy, good brands, best prices. Checked out some big box stores (competitive prices, within 3-5 days delivery). Decided to stop in to Waterford Appliance, got a great brand, better price than the big box stores in Brantford AND deliver was next day! My clothes have never been cleaner! Thanks for the quick turnaround!

Me and my uncle Clint were there the other day and he bought a new dishwasher and stove and microwave for his new place in Waterford. He loves it and it was amazing customer service and he is very excited for his new appliances! Thanks for all the help :) you guys are great.
